Delivery & Returns | Grace Mobility
Products (excluding mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs) will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days of the order being placed.
Delivery is free for orders over £50! For orders under £50, we charge a £5 standard delivery fee.
Mobility scooters, powered wheelchairs, and riser recliner chairs come with a free 'white glove' delivery service. This means that the product will be delivered by a knowledgeable driver who will spend time with the recipient, explaining all the features, how to set it up etc. To enable this personal service, we allow up to 10 working days for delivery from when the order is placed, and it is essential that we have a phone number to reach the recipient so we can arrange a convenient time for delivery.
Regrettably, at this time we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
We are happy to accept returns if we are contacted by the customer directly within 14 days of receipt of product, providing that the product is still in it's original packaging. After the product has been received in it's original, unused condition, we will refund the full amount. If the product was delivered with 'white glove' service (only applicable to mobility scooters and riser recliner chairs) we will be unable to refund the cost of this service.
We will do our best to organise a hassle free return and to liaise with you directly, arranging for a replacement product to be sent out if necessary. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us by phone or email if you have more questions.
